Quick answers
Where are my cards stored?
On your device. Memoraid is local-first — there are no servers holding your cards. iCloud sync is opt-in if you want a second device.
How do I move my cards to a new phone?
Turn on iCloud sync in Settings on both devices, signed in with the same Apple ID. Cards appear within a minute on the new device. If iCloud is off, cards stay only on the original phone.
I lost cards after an update. Can you help?
Don't delete the app — that removes local data too. Email me with your device model, iOS version, and the date you noticed the loss. If you had iCloud sync on, the cards are likely still recoverable.
Does Memoraid collect any data?
Anonymous analytics and crash reports only — no IP, no email, no card content. Details in the Privacy Policy.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds go through Apple, not the developer. Use reportaproblem.apple.com with the receipt and pick "Request a refund."
